Description
This is a strong linebred colt of Leo (9 crosses), King (11 crosses), and Oklahoma Star (11 crosses). He has 3 crosses (31 1/4%) to Lonsum Tiger (NCHA Open Reserve World Champion) and 2 crosses (18 3/4%) to Jody Fairfax (NCHA Open Reserve World Champion stallion. Also, 2 crosses to Goodbye Sam (AAA, AQHA Supreme Champion and superior cutting horse), 2 crosses to Lonsum Marshall 045 (who was the greatest horse I ever saddled). He also carries crosses to Lucky Star Mac (one of the 30 all time NCHA broodmare sires), Sport Model (a top 30 all time leading broodmare sire), Royal King (an NCHA Open Resserve World Champion and an all time leading broodmare sire), and Hollywood Gold (sire of more horses in the NCHA Top Ten than any other stallion, also one of the NCHA Top 30 broodmare sires). Then to match these great stallions, he is double bred Double Velvet (one of only 3 mares to produce 2 champion stallions in the NCHA Open Futurity: Miss Holly Royal (sold at 18 yrs. in the 1980's for $65,000. She was one of the 30 greatest money producing winners in history and one of the two highest money producing Royal King daughters), and Sport Model Royal (in the NCHA 5,000 Top Ten while nursing a foal. Two times to Price Flicka Leo (said by some to be the greatest mare of all time. She produced Prices Wendy Leo (winner of Kansas Futurity, Nebraska Futurity, Kansas Derby, Nebraska Derby, and the World Championships Work Off Champion). Also, Barred Birdette (dam of World Champion Lucky Bottom 18 and Lucky Bottom 62 (NCHA Silver Award)). Also, Lucky Bottom Ann (winner of 27 saddles and thousands of dollars, said by Ed Bottom to be the best Lucky Star Mac performing daughter. She sold for $55,000 in the 1980's.)
