![]() ![]() Additional Details Payment Methods We can accept cash, personal or business checks, money orders or credit or debit cards. Please note, all payments made via a debit or credit card will be subject to an additional 3% convenience fee. Terms & Conditions of Sale All sale horses will be sold with American CowHorse Association (ACHA) papers. Lots 63, 64, 65, 66 and 68 will be sold with both ACHA and American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) papers. All sale horses are eligible to be registered with AQHA with the exception of lots 6, 7, 20, 25, 28, 29, 42, 45, 50, 54, and 57 as both parents are not registered with AQHA in each case. If required by the customer for any of these lots, Colt .45 Ranch is willing to submit the necessary information to have the sire and/or dam of the purchased horse registered with AQHA. However, the customer will be subject to the stallion breeding report fees, DNA typing fees and all other AQHA fees entailed in the process. Terms of the sale are cash, payable in U.S. funds. Personal checks are considered cash. Credit card users will be charged a 3% convenience fee. We strongly urge buyers to examine the horse(s) that interest them because all sales are absolute and final. Horses are at the buyer�s risk, expense and responsibility from the time of purchase. We will do our best to work with the customer on horse transportation arrangements. Every effort has been made to insure that the information contained in the catalog is correct. Announced changes in catalog information on sale day take precedence over printed material in this catalog. All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk. Neither sale management, owners nor anyone else connected with this sale assume any liability, legal or otherwise. All broodmares will be sold as pasture bred. Mares will be sold as "exposed" to stallions, but not guaranteed as pregnant. Health certificates will be issued on request for transport purposes on sale day.
